60 minute scenic flight including:

• Franz Josef, Fox, Tasman and Shackleton Glaciers (discovered by Sir Earnest Shackleton)

• Mount Cook & Mount Tasman

• Fly through the Southern Alps where the "Lighting of The Beacons" was filmed for Lord of the Rings

• 2 x approx 10 minute snow landings

• Ice Lake

Price are a total not per person and include the private flight, Department of Conservation concession & landing fee & GST. 

Being a weather dependent activity, we will reschedule where possible in the event of cancellation but safety is our priority. 

Although your flight is private, you may share the check in and van ride with others customers. 

We recommend you bring a light jacket, sunglasses, camera and shoes you don’t mind getting wet in the snow. 

All bookings are subject to the weight & balance requirements of the helicopters and flights, routes and departure times are all subject to change due to weather. 

We operate AS350 B2 Squirrels (seating up to 6 people and the pilot) and a MD 520N (seating up to 4 people and the pilot)

Infants must be sitting on an adults knee and are subject to availability. Infants must be included in the passenger count.
